Step one: Information Gathering and Definition. Here we begin to understand your current situation as well as your desired result, so we can begin to understand what needs to be done. In this stage we will also agree, with you the success criteria for the end result.

Step Two: Design. At this stage, we develop a programme that is relevant, realistic, and appropriate for your organisation, the teams, or the individual we are working with. It is at this stage that we consult with you to gain agreement on the final 'product'.

Step Three: Implementation. This is when we get into action! We deliver what we have agreed in the time frame that we have stated and gather feedback on the way.

Step Four: Review. We review everything with you. We believe in learning which is why this step is very important. At the end of any assignment, we will ask for feedback, and ask you what you feel you have learned and gained from the experience. We always look for ways on how we can improve our performance.

We will work up a very clear brief with you in the beginning with deliverables and timescales to be achieved. Your requirements will be delivered in a timely, professional, and pragmatic way that is workable and sustainable for your organisation.
