Solution Focussed Coaching
The basic principle with this approach is the focus on solutions rather than problems. Working with the coachee to understand what currently works and therefore what they need to do more of, considering their existing talents to be utilised and brought to the fore. It’s also about looking out to the future to understand what the solution really looks like. If something worked once do more of it, if it doesn’t work do something different. It allows it to be brief as you spend far less time trying to unravel the problem.
Somatic Coaching
Somatic coaching is fundamentally about the body and how you ‘show up’ as a leader. It is sometimes referred to as “embodied leadership” and allows you to be more authentic and lead with integrity. Our bodies are ‘built’ through our lifetime and hold all our experiences, it is a mirror of who you are and reflects how comfortable you feel in your own skin. Over 50% of how we communicate is through our physiology and how we react to situations will be displayed physically quicker than our thoughts. Somatic coaching will help you embody new actions and ways of being in the world;grounding you in your authenticity and bringing a greater leadership presence.
Creating your Future Process
This is a session that will take 6 – 8 hours and best used when you don’t quite know what to do, or you notice that something is holding you back and stopping you from being who you want to be and getting what you want. It requires a detailed conversation to establish the root cause of the issue. A series of interventions are designed to create the future you want which involves NLP techniques and goal setting. It’s a very powerful, effective and often life changing process. Clearing deep-seated blocks enabling you to achieve compelling and stretching goals.
Archetypal Analysis
Have you ever wondered how you end up in the same situation time and time again? We don’t always know why we do what we do or realise the roles we are playing and sometimes we play the same role even when the situation requires a different approach. Archetypal analysis will enable you to understand what drives some of these unconscious behaviours and what truly motivates you. You will complete a short questionnaire and then through coaching identify how best to apply archetypes so you get better results , build flexibility with integrity. It’s a great tool to identify your leadership brand, develop teams and understand and develop organisational culture.
